    Gear4Music nearly new products may have been opened for quality control purposes, returned by a customer, or been refurbished.

    What is an ex-demo product?

    Ex demo products have been on display in one of Gear4Music’s showrooms so have been lightly used for a short amount of time. Because of this, ex demo products may be missing the original box or packaging.

    What is the condition of your nearly new and ex-demo items?

    These products may have light signs of use or slight cosmetic marks. Each item is checked and thoroughly tested by Gear4Music’s technicians to ensure it meets their high standards and is fully functional.

    Do Gear4Music clearance deals come with a warranty?
