Drummer’s Review
Carlos Hercules and Robert ‘Skins’ Anderson will appear at The UK Drum Show on the 30th September in the Mike Dolbear Room Hall 3.
This duo will take guests on a musical journey with a collaboration from these two exceptional and experienced players, having played with some of the world’s greatest artists, along with taking questions from visitors at this years show.
Carlos Hercules has played with a variety and diverse list of artists over his 20+ year career, being Beverley Knights choice of drummer for over a decade. His musical skills have led him to play with C J lewis, Brenda Russell, Emma Bunton, Mel B, The Lighthouse family, Belinda Carlisle, The Eurythmics, Liberty X, Lulu, Jocelyn Brown, Jimmy Cliff, Lemar, Kelly Clarkson, The Waterboys, Avery sunshine, Beverley Knight, Anastasia, Leona Lewis, Bond, Laura Pausini, Marti Pellow and George Michael.
These have included support tours with Bryan Adams, Jamiroquai, Cher, and performances at the UK hall of fame, American music awards, along with being the first drummer to play new Wembley with George Michael.
Carlos is appearing in association with DW Drums.
Robert skins Anderson is percussionist from the UK, he has played with some of the biggest artists in the UK and US. Currently he is the featured percussionist on Alexander O’Neals tour.
He has also been on countless tv shows and tours with Chic featuring Nile Rodgers, Phillip Bailey of Earth Wind and Fire, Jimmy Cliff, Emeli Sande, Brian May, Sister Sledge, Roy Ayers, Westlife, Sly and Robbie and many more. He is the featured percussionist on the Emeli Sande live at the royal albert hall DVD and Alexander O’Neal live at the Hammersmith Odeon DVD’s.
